Biography:

Constantina Sardini is an HR/Training Solution Consultant. She obtains a broad experience as a Training and Coaching Consultant in the areas of Employee Development, Corporate Training and Human Resources Solutions. She is also a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Psychology with specialization in Leadership, while she has developed a long experience in offering MBA courses, as well as one-one coaching sessions and group workshops in Personal and Leadership Presence, Impactful Communication & Sales and Human Resources Management . She completed all of her studies in USA obtaining a Bachelor’ s Degree in Communication and Master’s Degree in Business Communication. She received a full Graduate Scholarship at the age of 23, as a Teaching Assistant in Communication and Public Speaking. She also worked for an Advertising Agency as Account/Client Service Manager in San Francisco, California. She returned to Greece in 2001, and ever since she has developed her business career in the area of Corporate Training in different companies, while she continued her academic career in pursuing her Ph.D. Degree, teaching - Bachelor and MBA courses and assisting Dr. Dimitris Bourantas in the Executive MBA Leadership Programs. Her business experience comes from mostly managerial positions in human resources, training and development in companies like Starbucks, Dynamic Life (Health Clubs Franchising), New York College Educational Group, TEAM Consulting, Being Essential Consulting, Visible Consulting and AQS Business Consulting. She has also developed training content for traditional forms of learning like workshops and seminars, as well as e-learning platforms. Her consultative experience involves the organization and facilitation of seminars and workshops in Communication, Presentational Skills, Sales – Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Teams and Managing Upwards, Leadership, Change Management, Train the Trainer. She has also facilitated a wide range of different teambuilding and conference activities. Some of the companies that she has worked for and facilitated different groups: Bayer, Novartis, Perrigo/Omega Pharma, Eurobank, Coca Cola, Coffee Island, Creta Farms, Knauff, Interamerican, AXA, Liapharm, Holmes Place, Prevention at Sea, Dynagas, UMAR, Gaslog.
