Biography:

I am married with two children and I am living in Neo Irakleio- Attikis. My origins coming from Chios Island, which I born and living until the end of the school period. I studied in UK and especially at the University of Wales. I am holding a BSc in Economics and Marketing and a MSc in Marine Policy with Shipping and Trade Specialization. Since 2000 I am part of Charterwell Maritime S.A. family and since 2005 I am the HSQE Manager/DPA of the Company. As HSQE Manager and Designated Person Ashore (D.P.A.), I am the Management Representative for Safety Management System & Environmental Management System implementation, development and monitoring and I am responsible to the Managing Director for ensuring that all operations are carried out according to standards laid down by the Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental Policy. I have direct access to all senior personnel, at all times, at a level where appropriate action may be initiated. Finally I am Member of the BSA – Bahamas Shipowners Association, Member of the leading working group for the creation of Dry Bulk Management System and Member of H.E.L.M.E.T.
